I studied anthropology in college, and when I recently stumbled upon Euphoria, inspired by events in the life of Margaret Mead, I had to read it right away. Lily King's book did not disappoint. I was hooked from the very first sentence. The novel follows the story of three young anthropologists in the jungle of New Guinea, navigating life and love and what it means to see the world in a new way. The writing is captivating, the characters intriguing. Brilliant. - Allison
